Tufts Eco-Ambassador Program
Are you interested in environmental sustainability and wondering how you can assist Tufts in reaching its sustainability goals? Are you curious about how to inspire others to do environmentally-responsible behaviors? Then the Eco-Ambassador Program is for you.
Facilitated by the Tufts Office of Sustainability, this program provides staff and faculty with sustainability training and ongoing resources to implement sustainability projects in their offices. It is a great way to enhance professional development, be a leader and change agent, and save money and resources. The university currently has 120 Eco-Ambassadors spanning all four campuses, and we aspire to have one Eco-Ambassador in every office.
Register here for the upcoming Eco-Ambassador training sessions. Any Tufts employee on any campus can attend any of these training sessions. Each training consists of two, four-hour days, spaced a week apart, lunch included.
Boston Health Sciences campus: Fridays, February 7 and 14, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Medford/Somerville campus: June 9 and 16, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
