Fitness Mini-Course Classes

Registration for the Spring Fitness Mini-Courses is now OPEN! The Athletic Department is offering the following classes this Spring semester:

  • Zumba
  • DanceFit
  • Power Yoga
  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Yoga for flexibility & strength
  • Yoga for Stress Relief
  • Pilates
  • Total Workout
  • Strong Women
  • Spin

Classes meet once a week and run for 10 weeks. To sign up, go to the online store.

Employees enrolled in Tufts Health Plan are eligible for a fitness reimbursement (up to $150) by taking up to 24 group fitness classes within a 12-week period. The deadline to sign-up for a Spring Mini-Course is Sunday, January 26, at midnight!
